Terms of Sale

1. All prices are net plus postage.
2. Unless otherwise indicated, all items are illustrated old catalogues and other collectible paper in used condition and therefore may show some effects of use and/or age.
3. All items are one of a kind and therefore subject to prior sale.
4. Any measurements and page counts are approximate.

Reservations

We encourage reservations because of the one-of-a-kind nature of our offerings. You may reserve selections by:

1. Telephone at 931-484-7680. Voice mail hours are 0800 Hrs (8:00 A.M.) to 2100 Hrs (9:00 P.M.), Central Time, seven days. On voice calls, if machine answers, please leave your name, complete address, phone number, time of your call, title and item number(s) (first five digits) of selection(s), type of payment, and credit card number, if applicable.
2. Fax at 931-484-7680. Fax number is operational twenty-four hours.

Payment

Payment must be in U.S. funds by check, money order, or credit card (American Express, Discover/ Novus, MasterCard, Visa) payable through a U.S. bank. You may call or fax your credit card information. Our processor does not accept debit cards. Internet security is, to a great extent, a matter of perception, however we do not encourage sending credit card information by e-mail at this time. If it is convenient, you may e-mail us half of your number one day and the other half the next day. We are exploring various secure methods of transmitting this information and will keep you apprised of our progress.

If you are mailing your payment, we will hold your reservation for seven days only for arrival of your payment . We will invoice certain state-side institutions (museums, libraries, etc.). If you require billing and have not purchased from us before, please provide usual billing information and contact name and phone number.

Return Policy

We have made every effort to describe these materials as candidly as possible, however normal signs of wear, such as minor chips, price doodles, creases, and inscriptions are sometimes not noted. Any item not meeting your approval may be returned for a full refund, less postage, within seven days of receipt only.
